In the summer of 1914, Sir Ernest Shackleton set sail to Antarctica with a crew of 27 aboard his ship, the Endurance. His aim; to be the first to cross the 1800 miles of the Antarctic continent on foot. Instead, his ship was crushed in the ice and he and his men were marooned for nearly two years.

How they survived is testament to Shackleton's supreme leadership and our programme focuses on his techniques and how to develop these to suit the modern workplace.
